Project Developer - Wind Energy (m/f/d)

Projecting You will accompany our wind energy projects from the first idea to the approval maturity and keep an overview of the project status and the relevant process steps at any time.

You conduct discussions with property owners and operators, secure suitable areas and negotiate usage contracts for the realization of our wind farms.

You are a contact person for authorities, municipalities, planning offices, reviewers and other project participants, ensuring a smooth exchange between all stakeholders.

Project coordination You coordinate internal and external project partners, prepare decision bases and support projects efficiently and targeted.

Market & Location Analysis You analyze potential project areas and support the evaluation of new wind energy locations.

Must-have: You bring practical experience in the field of wind energy, project planning or project development of renewable energies. Ideally, you have already gained experience in land conservation and in dealing with land owners. You work structured, think analytic and keep an overview of complex projects. You communicate confidently and convince with your dedicated and solution-oriented personality. You have a class B driver's license and are willing to take on occasional business trips. Your German is very good – at least on C1 level. Nice-to-have: You have a successfully completed study in the field of engineering, geography, environmental sciences, spatial planning, economy or a comparable subject. Experience in the right of authorisation or in the handling of authorities is a plus. Knowledge in the field of photovoltaics is welcome, but no need.
