Payroll Specialist / Payroll Accounting Employee (m/w/d)

With 3,100 employees, we are active in 12 countries and maintain real estate worth 31 billion euros. In this position, you will ensure a proper payroll for a defined employee group with SAP/HCM. Take into account all applicable tax and social insurance laws as well as operational regulations and are contact person for a group of employees with your expertise on all questions of payment accounting. You communicate independently with external offices and authorities (financial offices, SV carriers, health insurance companies, etc.) and are responsible for the management and care of personal data (e.g. electronic personnel file). In addition, you bring your experience and knowledge into versatile personal projects and support the continuous optimization of our processes, interfaces and results.

You have a completed commercial training. Your professional experience in payroll accounting using SAP / HCM has already been successful in the HR sector of a company. You enrich our six-person payroll team with high service orientation, reliability and binding appearance. Good knowledge of English in word and writing are desirable.
