As a “welcome welcome” you are the first contact person for our guests during your shift and responsible for the reception, advice and support. Your duties include check-in and check-out as well as reservation handling. Professional telephone and email services are also part of your field of activity.

You are a passionate host who, through his empathic and authentic way, always keeps in mind the welfare of his guests. In addition, the following features are distinguished:
