Management and coordination of the international employer-branding editorial board (research, editorial planning, publication) Write editorial posts in different presentation formats for social media channels, career blog and intranet Continuous development of relevant topics along the employer-branding communication strategy in line with the higher-level communication strategy Current internal coordination and editorial coordination with the editor: Close cooperation and coordination in content generation with internal departments and external stakeholders

Complete study of journalism, media or communication science or professional experience in a comparable position Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Experience in managing editorial teams Excellent speech feeling and feeling for storytelling and text Expertise in editorial preparation of (multimedialem) content Knowledge in the development of new formats and in the field of graphic and media production Very good communication skills, independent and structured working methods, readiness to learn German and English knowledge in word and writing
