Senior Consultant (m/w/d) at BAUHAUS They are responsible for the preparation of analyses, reports and decision templates They prepare meetings and branch visits in content, conduct research on specific topics and prepare the information accordingly They take over communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders on sales-relevant topics, as well as the content organization and follow-up of meetings They contribute to process improvement and to company-wide change and optimization projects

Completed commercial training or an economic study, e.g. as a retail trader, retail trader, deputy store manager, market manager, branch manager (m/w/d) Funded business knowledge and industry-specific expertise to analyse targeted market-relevant key figures and derive measures from them Entrepreneurship, social competence, motivation and communication strength as well as customer orientation Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel Target and result-oriented mode of operation and a structured and organised approach Proactivity and proven ability to work quickly into new topics Communication strength and interpersonal skills German language skills (min. C1) and good English skills
