Accountant (m/f/d)

In this versatile position, you take responsible tasks in our accounting while supporting our commercial administration. Your tasks include: You process and check input and output invoices for their correct accounting You set up initial invoices and keep the associated accounts and payment inputs in mind You lead and care the debitor and creditor accounts You regularly monitor and tune the open posts (OPOS) You are responsible for the dungeon and make sure that open demands are consistently pursued You take over plant accounting and ensure proper collection and maintenance of our assets You carefully prepare the payroll billing and compile the required billing data You book wage- and personal-related invoices professionally and support the ongoing tasks relating to wage accounting You provide reliable and careful stock, customer, supplier and billing data You support ongoing financial accounting and monthly and annual accounts You work closely with our tax consulting as well as internal and external contacts You perform general commercial and administrative tasks within the administration You actively participate in developing and optimizing our commercial processes and processes

You have a completed commercial training and brings several years of professional experience in accounting Your good knowledge of German and your reliability You have a structured and independent way of working that allows you to perform tasks efficiently and carefully A safe handling of MS Office is one of your strengths DATEV identifiers are an additional plus Ideally, you already have experience in wage accounting Knowledge of plant accounting and debitor and creditor management are advantageous You like to work independently, keep an overview of several tasks and carefully deal with numbers and confidential data You are happy to take responsibility and actively contribute to the processes of a growing company
