• We are looking for an experienced financial analyst who joins our team for commercial analysis and market intelligence.

• You will be part of the Competence Center within Uniper Renewables for financial modelling and evaluation and participate in the evaluation of various project development, investment and asset rotation options.

• Develop, build and maintain financial models, evaluation tools and methods for renewable energy projects, mainly industrial solar, wind and battery projects.

• Evaluate and assess potential investment opportunities and partnerships, participate in due diligence processes and create assessment reports.

• Analyze the financial performance, cash flows, returns and risks of the projects and prepare investment recommendations and reports for upper management in close cooperation with the project development teams and present them.

• Work with project managers, engineers, developers and other stakeholders to support the development, development and implementation of renewable energy projects.

• Monitor and assess the performance and risk of the existing pipeline and provide insights and recommendations.

• University degree in finance, engineering, business or a comparable area.

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in investment analysis, corporate financing or controlling.

• Strong skills in financial modeling and experience in building and maintaining DCF models.

• Excellent skills in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate results with internal and external stakeholders and to create comprehensive management presentations.

• Knowledge of technologies and markets for renewable energy.

• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Flowing in English, additional languages of advantage
