We are looking for a Heilerziehungspfleger:in / Pflegefachkraft als Gruppenerstkraft (m/w/d) for our house “Auf dem Bruche” in Springe at the next possible time.

What are your tasks?

• accompaniment, support, assistance and care of adult people with mental and/or physical and emotional impairment in a housing group
• Implementation of individual assistance and accompanying planning for and with clients: inside
• Assistance and support of the living people in the individual design of everyday life
• Assistance and assistance in implementing participation opportunities
• Participation and active participation in team meetings, working and project groups, overall team, supervision, collaborative advice

• or have a comparable qualification

Additional condition: 

• Knowledge of basic care
• Reliability and flexibility
• Loadability and sensitivity
• Class B driving licence and the willingness to use own car for service purposes
