On behalf of our customer to a manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders based in Zabergäu, we are looking for a MAG welder / MAG hand welder , among others, to operate welding robots and hand welding (MAG) of pipe connections (pressure-tight and leak-free up to 400 bar).

Your tasks:

• Welding systems with robots and equipment
• Operation of circular welding systems and equipment
• Hand welding in the MAG process (tube connections etc., wall thickness > 2mm) pressure-tight up to 400 bar, leak-free
• Conducting a direct visual inspection of the joined parts according to EN ISO 5817-B
• Measurement and control of processed parts
• Recording of seizures
• Guide control cards
• Scheduled execution of orders

Your profile:

• Welding knowledge and valid welding pass required, if possible:

• 3.1 EN [for phone number see the original ad] T FW FM 3 S t 8.5 D 80 PB ml
• Clothing suitable for welding (inflammable material)
• Responsibility and flexibility
• Self-working and high quality standards
• 2-layer coverage (breakfast from 05:00 13, late layer from 13 pm)
• Team skills
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Crane (according to the requirements of the professional cooperatives according to DGUV 52 and [for phone number see the original ad], DGUV 720) for testing not yet required
• Reading technical drawings
• Own car and driver's license, as bad connection to ÖPNV
