Training for vocational schools with an apprenticeship in the field of nutritional teaching and another subject that can be used in vocational schools. You can get from 12. September 2025 in the higher service and usually in the civil service. Direct entry: Professional/food scientists with university degree or equivalent (master) degree in the field of nutritional teaching, nutritional sciences or other studies with a clear focus on the basic aspects of human nutrition (e.g. ecotrophology). In addition, a professional practice of at least two years is provided in accordance with the conditions set out in the information pages (see link under “Application”). From 8 September 2025 onwards, they can be hired as a so-called direct starter with full employment in the higher service, first of all, in terms of tariff employment according to TV-L. You will receive a vocational training in the first two years. Within the framework of the civil service regulations, after three years there is the possibility of beaming. In the case of childcare, care for dependent or severely handicapped persons, extended part-time may be agreed in the two-thirds model for the qualifying phase upon application.
