Responsibility for management and mobility of a team of over 100 employees in the 2-shift system from Monday to Friday Shifting line: guidance and support of layer lines to ensure a smooth production process Personnel use planning: Efficient planning and coordination of personnel input for optimum utilization and productivity Commitment of employees: development and imple­mentation of measures to ensure the continuity of employees' involvement and mobility Lean Management: Analysis and Improvement of Production Processes and Implementation of Lean Management Methods to Improve Efficiency and Quality Quality assurance: ensuring compliance with all quality and safety standards in production

Qualification: Completed studies in the field of engineering, production engineering, business management and industry B. a completed technical training with qualification as a technician/master (m/w/d) Expertise: Some years of professional experience in a similar position in production as management, factory management, plant managers (m/w/d) or the like, e.g. from logistics, storage, goods and services, or a comparable environment Leadership: Confidentiality with the leadership of teams as well as communication and mobility strength Organisational capacity: Representative skills in personnel deployment planning and process optimization Analyst: Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving qualities Career environments: Objective and desire to increase professionally and to take responsibility
