Customer Care Manager Sales Division KÜBLER Clean@Work – Rental Linen (m/f/d)

Our customers in the Clean@Work area (Mietwäsche) are responsible and service-oriented. You are the central contact person for complex customer requests and develop customized solutions. You independently process customer requests, orders and offers including refinement and accompany the entire order processing. You coordinate delivery dates, availability and customer-specific requirements in close coordination with the adjacent specialist areas. You actively support the acquisition of new customers and the implementation and introduction of new customer projects. You create and prepare forecasts, statistics, evaluations and reports. You ensure complete and up-to-date maintenance of all customer and order data in ERP and CRM systems. You actively develop the customer care processes in the Clean@Work area and optimize existing processes. You work closely with internal interfaces and act as a link between customers, sales and specialist areas. You build new customer relationships through targeted telephone new customer address.

You have successfully completed a commercial training You have several years of professional experience in customer service or Internal sales service, ideally in the area of rental laundry or in a comparable B2B environment You bring a very good understanding of customer processes and work independently and solution-oriented even in complex requirements You are safe to use the current MS Office programs as well as ERP and CRM systems You communicate confidently, customer-oriented and strong in German and English You will enjoy customer contact and build long-term, trusting customer relationships You like to take responsibility, actively contribute to the optimization of processes and processes and support colleagues with your experience You are characterised by flexibility, organisational strength and a structured way of working and are ready for occasional missions
