Sales staff (m/w/x) Construction / Turnkey Construction
The Max Patternmann Bau GmbH has been a leading medium-sized construction company in southern Germany with specialization on turnkey commercial and residential construction for over 25 years**. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a dedicated sales representative (m/w/d).
Your tasks
- Active distribution of turnkey construction projects in commercial and residential construction
- new customer acquisition (cold acquisition network) and systematic customer support in the sales area
- Implementation of sales and contract negotiations up to the successful conclusion of the contract
- Creation of individual offers and calculations in close cooperation with the costing department
- Regular maintenance documentation of all customer activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) presence on tree lunches, specialist events and industry events
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies (engineering, industrial engineering) or well-founded commercial/technical training in the construction sector
- At least 3–5 years of detectable professional experience in the distribution of building services or building materials
- Funded knowledge in building contract law (VOB/B and BGB) as well as in tendering processes
- routine in the handling of CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
