You design and maintain teaching units for trainees in nursing training – including pre- and post-processing You conduct a training course on your own and accompany the students throughout their entire training period You plan and organize lessons, practice assignments and exams For a modern, practical and high-quality training with modern didactic methods You work closely with our practical partners in the training network You actively develop our DRK care school and introduce new ideas into curricula and concepts You accompany and promote trainees individually to successful exams

Completed studies (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) in nursing education, vocational education, medical education or similar to educational qualifications Professional experience is desirable, but no need – Professional starters (m/w/d) are welcome Joy in work with trainees in care Flexibility, team capacity and conflict resolution competence Own initiative and commitment as well as desire to actively shape training Identification with the principles of the Red Cross
