In the course of further company growth, our client will occupy a key position in a newly created center of competence for specific industrial buildings in the large area of Cologne. In this role, you take over not only the operational responsibility for the construction process, but also significantly contribute to the construction and strategic development of the site. General responsibility for the construction of complex projects in commercial and office construction Building and disciplinary leadership of a new project management team Ensuring the technical quality, implementation of internal standards and active advancement of improvement processes in the design Ensuring efficient capacity and resource planning as well as co-design and further development of operational processes Close cooperation with the management to successfully establish and strengthen the new location Technical support for your employees as well as support for personal responsibility and further development in the team

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable area Multiannual experience in the development of complex construction projects, ideally within the framework of large projects Funded leadership experience as, for example, team management, project management or superstructure management with personnel responsibility in the project context Entrepreneurial thinking, high process affinity and interest in building work in a dynamic environment Communication strength, decision-making pleasure and a winning appearance High self-motivation, willingness to design and pleasure in operating parts in the construction phase
