Processing of customer requests including the creation of tailor-made offers

Complete order processing in the ERP system SAP S/4 HANA including appointment monitoring

settlement of returns and creation of credits and direct debits

Close cooperation with the external service, e.g. in the follow-up of open offers

Sales affinity, technology-enhancing, SAP-experienced Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant (m/w/d) or comparable

Multiannual experience in the internal sales service, ideal in the technical or industrial environment

Secure handling of SAP S/4 HANA and common Microsoft Office applications

Technical understanding with which you can also think well into complex products
