Number: MER0003YAR What is it? You work directly on the side of AI coordinators of the central AI core team for the 'Development Drive Systems' Directorate, which drive the AI strategy for their respective center (and give you full support, mentoring and access to a strong network). You will become a central building block to make AI more visible, usable and more anchored in our company everyday – in projects, communities, minds. Here ideas, concepts, use cases and events do not arise on call, but because you see what is possible. Your role You will become our *Hands-on converterin*, Mitdenkerin, Community Builderin and AI enthusiastin. This means: You develop AI Use Cases — from the idea to the first working prototype You work with ideas, help structuring, thinking, prioritizing You actively shape our internal AI community with: sessions, meetups, formats, exchange, small impulses You are analysing, researching, structuring — and implementing when a topic “is up” You support the AI core team and make sure we grow together AI technology You will find your own projects and advance them independently. No waiting for To-Dos. No hooking And importantly, you bring joy to people, networks, new technologies and courageously try out Who we are looking for A person who ... Course in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Cognitive Science, UX, Psychology, Communication Science or something completely different that fits well Practical experience or projects in AI are of advantage Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing
