During the 12-month trainee program you will get a comprehensive insight into the BARMER to understand organizational relationships. You will get to know the diverse facets of our business areas within the framework of hospitations and can thus lay the foundation for your professional network. Among other things, you take the first responsibility for demanding tasks and work with cross-disciplinary projects so that you have the opportunity to put your knowledge acquired in your studies into practice from the outset. They actively contribute to the analysis and further development of the outpatient accounting processes, with the aim of designing efficient and customer-oriented processes for our service providers. They work with agile mindset on new and existing process approaches and jointly develop innovative solutions for outpatient accounting.

They have a successfully completed study (Bachelor/Master's degree) of the health economy or the business economy with a health-economy focus. In addition, you will ideally bring first professional experience, for example, through an internship or working student activities in the healthcare sector. With German knowledge on at least C1 level, you communicate safely and professionally in a German-speaking working environment. Process optimization and digitization are one of your priorities that you want to actively shape. Ideally, you have gained first experiences with agile working methods or at least know them in theory. They always have a look at the needs of our insurers as well as service providers and thus have a high level of customer orientation. A pronounced team capacity, high level of learning and performance, curiosity and communication skills complete your personality.
