Strategic & Operational Leadership Lead GEA TDS GmbH and GEA Brewery Systems GmbH with full P&L responsibility, ensuring strategic alignment within the global GEA Group. Represent the company internally and externally, including legal duties under German corporate law. Take ownership of the business unit's performance Actively shape the direction of the global Business Unit Liquid Fermentation and Filling Technologies (BU LFF) as a key member of the extended leadership team. Innovation & Technology Drive growth by developing Centers of Competence (CoCs) into global technology and solution hubs. Foster innovation across product platforms, focusing on scalable, high-efficiency solutions tailored to customer needs. Leadership and Culture Inspire and lead a high-performing team so in a matrix environment. Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, aligned with the GEA Leadership Signature. Build trust across functions and regions while developing internal talent and attracting top performers.

Your Profile: Education & Experience A university degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline. Proven success in executive leadership roles within international industrial or process technology environments. Demonstrated ability in managing P&L, leading complex organizations, and implementing change. Leadership & Mindset Entrepreneurial thinker with strong strategic acumen and hands-on execution ability. Authentic leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in both German and English.
