Support for the inclusion, analysis and documentation of business processes in close coordination with the departments Modelling and visualization of processes (e.g. according to BPMN) and structured further development of existing processes Participation in the identification of optimization potentials and more transparent design of processes Support in the translation of technical requirements into clear, structured processes and specifications Active cooperation on digitalization and software projects, in particular in the introduction of new systems Support in the creation of requirements (e.g. User Stories) and in testing and quality assurance Preparation, monitoring and documentation of workshops with departments and their results You work at the interface between business, IT and digitalization and actively contribute to the further development of our processes Support in building and developing standards and methods in Business Process Management First contact for employees in IT issues and problems (first-level support)

Graduate in the field of IT or business (e.g. business informatics, business information management, BWL) or training as a specialist (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Experience with goods management systems and cooperation with operational teams At least three years of experience in process analysis and optimization High interest in IT-based processes and procedures Experience with process modeling tools of advantage Very good communication-proof German and English knowledge in word and writing A quick understanding and independent work as well as team spirit complete your profile
