Management support in operational and strategic topics Preparation of decision bases and strategic planning by research, analysis and information processing Processing of conceptual questions and close exchange with colleagues from different areas of work - including across companies Optimization of structures for optimal gearing of the working areas Pre- and post-processing of internal and external meetings Management and maintenance of documents and contracts, in particular as part of internal project management Takeover of special projects, visits and, if necessary, business trips to other locations

A successfully completed study in a relevant field – e.g. Business Administration (BWL), Economics, Agricultural Management, Agricultural Economics, Food Technology or Economic Engineering As an alternative: a commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, merchant/wife in wholesale and foreign trade management) with corresponding training and professional experience in the field of assistance / project work Ideally, first professional experience as an assistant, project assistant or lecturer in the management Ability to understand interrelationships between different thematic areas quickly and comprehensively knowledge of agriculture and technical understanding of advantage, but not necessarily necessary You benefit from a high degree of self-responsibility and are happy to work independently and structured A sovereign and professional appearance, paired with empathic values and good communicative skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as with modern means of communication They also convince by a high degree of loyalty and confidentiality
