Investment Controller Corporate Planner (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consultancy for specialists and executives, is looking for a participation controller (w/m/d) in Berlin.

Our client is a medium-sized group of companies with currently several holdings and a centrally organised financial sector. The group controlling is responsible for reporting including planning and forecasting documents as well as monthly and quarterly reports. In addition, the group's monthly final consolidation and its subareas are supported and further professionalised. A shared service center takes over essential controlling services, including budget evaluations and budget discussions with the controllers. In parallel, existing and new controlling and reporting tools are supported and developed as key users, with a clear focus on the targeted use of AI in reporting and controlling.

Support in group reporting by creating planning and forecasting documents and monthly and quarterly reports Participation in the group's monthly final consolidation and its sub-areas including data adjustment and plausibility Own creation of monthly budget evaluations in the Shared Service Center as well as implementation of budget discussions with budget managers and deriving a management report Support and active development of controlling and reporting tools as a key user, such as Corporate Planner and Microsoft Business Central, including CCO Participation reporting and controlling for currently two holdings by supporting monthly and quarterly reports, planning, forecasting and liquidity analyses, as well as controlling target implementation with management teams

Graduate degree in economics with focus on controlling, finance or accounting Practice in reporting and controlling, ideally with a focus on equity controlling or group environment Understanding commercial relationships in financial reporting including GuV, balance sheet and cash flow Excellent analytical strength as well as high IT and AI affinity for developing reporting and controlling processes Communication strength and very good English skills are desirable knowledge of Microsoft Business Central and/or Corporate Planner
