As a specialized rail vehicle repairer, we provide more than 140 dedicated employees at the Berlin plant for safety and reliability on the rail.

We carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance measures – with the highest quality standards and certified processes. Founded in 1993 Working 140 Who are we? Full power on the tracks: You take the responsibility for running our modern locomotives – including maximum variety when ranking and precise brake samples. Technology that enthuses: From careful preparation service to reliable completion service, you are the absolute professional at and in our trains. You are responsible for the smooth, punctual and safe running of all train and maneuvering trips on our premises. Chef in the cockpit and on the track: As a leader, you coordinate and control the operations directly on site and always keep an overview. Master of trouble management: With unforeseen challenges or small technical irregularities, you keep a cool head, analyze the problem and find a safe solution. Interface in the team: You communicate via radio and telephone hand in hand with the workshop, the disposition and the head of driving, so that all rows interlock perfectly. Security as top priority: Compliance with all safety and accident prevention regulations is not an annoying rule for you, but a living profession. Always at the heart of time: you keep your expertise up-to-date through regular training and further training and grow with our modern technology. Your license to drive: You own the class 3 railway vehicle driver license (after VDV 753) or Class B2 (by TfV) including a valid proof of regular training (RFU). The technical know-how: You bring the brake test permission for passenger cars and ideally have the qualification as a level 2 car tester. Your personality in the cockpit: A pronounced safety awareness, absolute reliability and a self-responsible way of working are of course for you. Flexibility: You have no problem with shiftwork. Strong communication in the Kiez: Since security is our first priority and the agreement in the team must run without errors, you can safely master the German language in word and writing (at least level C1).
