HR Specialist Personnel Administration and Payroll (m/f/d)

Accompanying the entire employee-life cycle, including contract management Takeover of administrative HR activities, including the creation of work contracts, contract changes, work certificates and other personal documents Implementation of the monthly payroll in SAP Contact person*in regarding pay, social insurance and tax issues Correspondence with authorities, e.g. health insurance companies and insurance companies, as well as support for certification and application Maintenance of personal master data in SAP, general administration and process optimization Advising and supporting employees and executives in collective bargaining, labour law and business constitutional issues Responsibility for the operational implementation of personnel processes and measures Reporting Takeover of HR special projects

Successfully completed training as a tax specialist or comparable commercial training, with a focus on wage and salary billing or further training for the personal businesswoman/man Current knowledge of wage tax and social security law Advantageous knowledge of public service and right of residence Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications, also desirable in SAP (HR) English knowledge is welcome, but no requirement Communication skills, independent and careful working, discretion, service orientation and fun at teamwork
