Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: 2nd Level Support: You are responsible for the analysis and permanent solution of disruptions in stores User advice: As a central point of contact for application-specific questions in the area of Retail Processes, you offer extensive advice and support for users Application management: You plan, tax and execute updates to ensure the timeliness of the systems and take care of the introduction of new software in stores Project work: You are responsible for installing applications in planned projects, including the management of user rights Service provider management: You control external service providers to ensure smooth integration and functionality of applications Documentation: You document all technical information relevant to the applications to ensure a transparent and efficient operation

Completed studies or comparable vocational training in the field of computer science, business informatics or a similar subject Experience in application management and support, ideally in the retail environment Safe handling of Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows Server Knowledge of service management desirable Expressed service readiness Self-responsibility and analytical work Good German (at least B2) and English skills required Team-oriented working and the ability to work independently High communication strength and pronounced hands-on mentality Nobody is perfect!
