The “announcement and billing” team in portfolio management ensures that our modernization projects are implemented across Germany in a secure, transparent and professional way towards our tenants. As a group management, you play a central role:

You actively shape: In your new role, you support team management in the day-to-day operating business and introduce your ideas and experiences in developing action concepts, standards and processes You keep the threads in your hands: You make sure that announcements and bills are made correctly within the scope of our investment projects in a timely, revision-proof, and legally correct manner, thus making a smooth process You continue to develop your group: you take responsibility for the professional and personal development of your employees, give orientation and promote a successful and trusting cooperation You are driving improvements ahead: you have ongoing processes and workflows in mind, identify optimization potentials and develop pragmatic, efficient and sustainable solutions together with relevant interfaces

With your completed internship training or a comparable degree/training in the same field, you are well equipped for your new role You want to evolve and have the pleasure of advancing themes together with the most diverse people – with your empathic and at the same time powerful, your projects will be a smooth success You will also succeed as a contact person: to enter into exchange with different areas and people and to represent your concerns professionally You have a certain number affinity, work successfully with larger amounts of data and have an analytical and strategic way of thinking The routined handling of current MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint) perfectly completes your profile
