Analyst (m/w/d) Transport and Network Planning

Task profile: Support for strategic corporate planning and further development of our locations Analysis and Optimization of Operational Processes and Implementation of Results in Interdepartmental Projects Planning and design of our transport and distribution network (including tour planning, transport and fleet optimization) Creating innovative distribution concepts for new business areas, services and large customers Implementation of site and network analyses including dimensioning of sorting systems and envelope centers Development and presentation of policy templates at management level (C level) Close cooperation with the fields of technology, real estate and IT

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 or C2) Complete university degree (Uni/FH/DH) in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Economic Engineering – ideally with a focus on logistics, traffic management or operations research Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Project knowledge of the handling of large amounts of data; linear programming as well as tour placement software are advantageous Expressed analytical and technical understanding and joy in data-driven decisions Structured, independent and result-oriented operation with high quality standards Strategic and conceptual thinking with a vision for network development Communication strength and team capacity in the interdisciplinary environment High self-initiative and sense of responsibility in project work
