Professional and disciplinary leadership of the controlling team (4 controllers:inside) Responsibility for the monthly financial statements in controlling and debitor accounting, including the cost-benefit accounting of the Frankfurt products and the settlement pricing with sister companies Support for the audit of the Frankfurt location Ensuring and validation of monthly commission payments Analysis, visualization and processing of insights from large volumes of data and complex topics with tools such as Tableau Development of innovative solutions for optimizing controlling processes and reports by using modern AI technologies (e.g. Large Language Models, Automation Tools) Promote a data-driven approach and continuous improvement of reporting and analysis practices.

A completed study in economics, economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable field, ideally focusing on finance, controlling or data science At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling, data analysis or audit proven experience in using modern data and analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau); Experience with AI and automation technologies is a strong plus Entrepreneurial thinking, hand-on mentality and proven leadership experience The ability to clearly and understand complex facts Joy in analytical, structured and innovative work Affinity for new technologies and the willingness to advance AI-based approaches in the financial world.
