As a member of our recruiting team at the Munich site, you can support our activities for obtaining university graduates: women and professionals from various disciplines for entry into consultation in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You are in close contact with our applicants: both within and within the framework of an Active Sourcing, and co-ordinating recruiting processes from the application for initiative or speech. You will ensure an excellent Candidate Experience and, depending on your expertise and personal interest, bring you into projects in the field of talent acquisition. The following tasks await you in detail: Own organization, implementation, moderation and follow-up of selection days and events Support and support of the candidate: from initial contact to conclusion of the contract Assessment of application documents, coordination of recruitment processes and contract creation Working with HR projects, such as responsibility for certain tools, HR programs, support of our applicant management system or support in university marketing tasks

Successfully completed university studies First professional experience or internships in recruiting, up to five years of experience in talent acquisition Organisational strength, creativity, initiative and analytical skills and a structured working method Very good communication skills in German and English
