Our client is part of a large housing and real estate services environment and is responsible for technical services related to the maintenance of residential buildings. At the site, measures such as repairs, maintenance, repairs and renovations are coordinated and implemented in a quality-assured manner. The focus is on a reliable settlement in the stock, clear processes and compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines. Management of the day-to-day operating business in the area of insurance-relevant damages at the site with clear prioritisation and timely settlement Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in the relevant field, including deployment planning, objectives and support in daily business Control and analysis of performance, costs and throughput times of damage processing and deriving concrete optimization measures Responsibility for budget, earnings and quality targets at the site including regular reporting to the responsible management Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines and continuous development of processes and productivity

Complete craft training with additional qualification, for example master:in or state-tested:r technician:in, alternative comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable field of work, ideally in maintenance, rehabilitation or damage management Detectional experience in the management of employees and in the management of operational teams with clear results orientation Impressed communication strength, customer orientation and persuasiveness and negotiation skills to internal and external contacts High self-responsibility, flexibility and structured operation as well as very good IT skills in MS Office and ideally user practice with SAP
