Project management: Own-sponsored management of new construction, renewal and maintenance projects in the field of track systems Project planning: planning, calculation and control of measures for the renewal and maintenance of track systems including the creation of performance directories Construction Monitoring: Ensuring safe, economical and timely construction and coordination and monitoring of external contractors' services Quality Assurance: Control of the competent, technical and timely execution of commissioned services and their complete documentation acceptance management: organisation, implementation and documentation of internal and factory acceptances and accompaniment of acceptances together with the technical supervisory authority Contract management: preparation and participation in tenders and awards, management of follow-up negotiations, acceptance of works and auditing and approval of invoices Interface management: technical coordination and close cooperation with adjacent departments for successful project implementation Disruption management: analysis, investigation and documentation of road-related malfunctions and derivation of appropriate measures for the sustainable disorder elimination

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable engineering discipline; as an alternative:r Techniker:in (m/w/d) with relevant professional experience Knowledge in the field of track systems for trams as well as relevant rules and guidelines, in particular BOStrab and VDV fonts Good knowledge of procurement and contract law and the application of HOAI and VOB Ideally experience in handling CAD software, e.g. AutoCAD Safe handling of current MS Office applications Class B driving licence Embossed analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking High reliability and strong team capability Communication strength, safe occurrence and convincing cooperation with internal and external contacts Willingness to participate in the call or call Standby service Flexibility and readiness to carry out occasional work on weekends and, if necessary, in the night hours
