Conception and implementation of innovative digitalization concepts and production systems for optimising industrial value creation processes in manufacturing, assembly and intralogistics Conducting cross-work (partial) projects from the requirement and target image development to piloting, implementation, handover and effectiveness control Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as close cooperation with production sites, central departments, IT/OT, quality management and external partners Development and introduction of uniform and scalable standards for digital production and work systems across the Group and their IT/OT interfaces Identification, evaluation and integration of new technologies and applications in production, in particular Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Artificial Intelligence (KI), Digital Factory Management and Simulation Creation of cost-effectiveness analyses, risk assessments and decision-making templates, as well as ensuring project objectives with regard to quality, costs, dates and measurable benefits

Complete technical studies, ideally production engineering, economic engineering, business informatics, logistics/production management, digitalization or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the digitization and automation of industrial production processes as well as in the management of technical or digital projects, ideally in the cross-site environment Knowledge of industrial value creation processes, digital production systems, automation technologies and the integration of IT and OT systems Safe handling of classic and agile project management methods as well as common applications such as SAP, Jira and Confluence Ideally knowledge of Lean Management, REFA, MTM or Six Sigma as well as experience in the analysis and optimization of production and work processes Impressed analytical and conceptual skills, structured and self-responsive working as well as communication strength, moderation ability, team capacity and enforcement capability German and good knowledge of English as well as readiness for national and international services of up to 20%
