To strengthen our project management team at the Schalksmühle site, we are looking for a

Projektmanager (m/w/d) (unlimited, 35 hours)

These are your tasks:

Management and control of complex software and system projects over the entire product life cycle Responsibility for the further development of our software products (SV Server, JVP Server, JUNG Home Gateway) and associated system components (server hardware, app, interfaces) Planning, control and control of time, budget, quality and risks incl. Introduction of countermeasures Close cooperation with internal departments and coordination of external development partners and service providers Requirements management in coordination with stakeholders Professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams Moderation of project meetings, reviews and decision-making Ensuring transparent project communication, documentation and management reporting Working with the continuous optimization of project management processes and structures

This is your profile: Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in managing software projects, ideally in the industrial environment and with embedded reference Knowledge of common project management methods (classical, agile or hybrid, e.g. Scrum, Kanban) Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams Technical understanding of software architectures, server/gateway solutions and connected systems Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed communication and moderation capabilities Quafilizierun in the area Very good German and good English skills Ideally certification as project manager (IPMA)
