Professional and disciplined leadership of our forging department with 34 employees in representation of our reigning forging champion Continuing a careful incorporation by our reigning Forging Master Alone takeover of department management from December 2026 Ensuring consistently high quality and productivity Ensure legal and operational safety requirements in the area of responsibility Special responsibility for our forgings (crew traps and overpressure hammers, eccentric presses and hydraulic presses), for our steel bearing and for our separation (steel shears, cold circular saws) Support and support our employees in their professional and personal development Technical guidance and support of our employees further development of workflows with the aim of quality and productivity assurance and improvement Further development of role-images/job profiles and job assignments Set up test specifications for the self-control of the plant Participation in the further development of maintenance and maintenance plans for the plants in the area of responsibility Participation in the further development of our counters and deburring tools through suggestions from the “Schmiedepraxis” to our technical office (construction)
