They recognise, coordinate and formulate and agree on all commercial IT requirements of Property Management. They advise the real estate property management department in the appropriate IT-technical implementation of their requirements and create appropriate strategies for dissolving existing risks as well as misdevelopments on the technical side. They create commercial test cases, coordinate and conduct tests. They write and update training documents and carry out training. You create and update (adapt to new IT systems) process and work instructions. (m/w/d) of the real estate property management department for IT projects. They ensure the quality of existing IT systems in property management and property data from a real estate perspective. They advise the field of digital solutions & innovations. They lead part-projects in implementing new digital solutions and shape follow-up processes.

You have a degree as a real estate specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification (Bachelor/Dipl.-FH) with a focus on real estate management or real estate management and multi-year professional experience in a comparable activity. Alternatively, they have a commercial training and many years of relevant professional experience in property management. They have a very large IT affinity and have excellent knowledge in MS Office as well as SAP MM/RE-FX.
