Existing customer relationships are developed systematically, through targeted presentations, new leads as well as cross-sell opportunities, and successfully convert them into sustainable business relationships. You have experience in structuring and syndicating complex cross-order financing and also know you well with financing project developments. You implement time-critical business opportunities in a structured and detailed manner, coordinate the product and Lending experts, conduct negotiations on indicative term sheets and control the documentation and payment process. You continuously unlock additional business potential across different product areas, such as Cash Management, Financial Markets and Debt Capital Markets. The performance of your portfolio is your sole responsibility – with a clear focus on capital-efficient revenue growth and sustainable profitability. You develop and implement sophisticated VCT/customer strategies and work closely with the product departments to further expand sales, profitability and product-side customer loyalty. At any time, you desire compliance, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations and consistently support the ING Orange Code of Conduct. And also in the operational day-to-day business, you take responsibility and are responsible for the onboarding of customers as well as the care of customer data. You have comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry, current trends, banking products, and current regulatorics, and thus you can focus on cross-disciplinary and international projects.

Bachelor / Master in (Immobilien-)Economy / Finance, Management, Law or A. Long-standing professional experience and achievements in Real Estate Sector Coverage Comprehensive market knowledge of the real estate sector and credit or capital market know-how Customized sector expertise and trusts with relevant products Strong to identify and implement customer needs Communication skills, especially in the stakeholder coordination Entrepreneurial feeling, high level of self-motivation and hand-on mentality Team player, enthusiastic, innovative and open mindset Open to cultural diversity in an international environment German and English flowing in word and writing
