Your role Legal Counsel – Focus: Contract Law (m/w/x) Would you like to help shape the future of ZEISS? In this challenging and exciting position, you are responsible for legal advice in a ZEISS division and act as a link to the legal and patent functions. Development, design and negotiation of contracts in an international and dynamic environment focusing on research and development contracts, as well as purchasing and sales contracts
General legal advice of the supervised areas, mainly in management decisions

Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and support in implementing new laws
