Dispatcher / Service Coordinator and Supervisor in Operations Control (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Disponent / Service Coordinator and Supervisor in the Application Control (m/w/d) from 01.05.2025 and full-time in Bonn. The Service Center Bonn ensures decentralized service delivery and a permanent representation of BWI GmbH to more than 50 customer orientations in the Bonn area.

Acceptance, qualified examination and further processing of processes (Incidents, IMACs etc) incl. Documentation of this process

Economic disposition of processes taking into account individual strengths and weaknesses / knowledge levels on IT service technicians

Compliance and monitoring of SLA's / OLA's and coordination of escalation processes

Support of IT service technicians in order fulfillment, if necessary. Monitoring of individual work from a distance

Ggfs. Support in stockkeeping and stock management (orders, goods acceptance / collection, testing and clarification of order and delivery orders)

Complete professional training or a comparable qualification

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, for example in a field service department or in a disponent function

Very good team and communication skills, initiative, organisational skills and customer and quality orientation

Experiences in the disposition of processes and knowledge of relevant tools (including TeDiS, Maximo, IT-SPS)

Knowledge about the peculiarities of the customer Bundeswehr desirable

Flowing German knowledge of word and writing as well as driving licence class B
