Project Controller - Controlling / Risk Management / BI Tools (m/f/d)

You strategically control the group-wide controlling by developing and implementing uniform controlling standards and processes for all subsidiaries You monitor and consolidate the project controlling activities at group level and ensure comparability and transparency of financial project development across the group You continuously develop and develop policies and tools for project controlling and define key figures and KPIs for the uniform evaluation of project performance in all subsidiaries You train and guide the project controllers in the operating companies to new standards and processes and monitor risk management by monitoring large financial projects and identifying deviations or risks at an early stage You are actively involved in escalation management, stabilise critical projects through operational integration and initiate countermeasures while supporting subsidiaries in crisis situations or, if necessary, through targeted intervention You create and consolidate project reports and analyses for the entire group of companies and prepare decision-making templates for management

You have completed economic or technical studies Ideally you bring multi-year experience in project controlling, especially in construction, plant or building engineering (HLKS), with You are safe in budgeting, costing and post-calculation and have IT and system knowledge, especially in dealing with DTAEV systems, BI tools and Excel You have experience in system implementation and optimization and ideally knowledge in contracting (VOB/B, HOAI) and risk assessment You have strong problem-solving competence, think forward-looking and communicate clearly and convincingly at all levels You are in a decision-making and powerful, even under pressure, and you are ready to travel to take stakes in subsidiaries
