REQUIREMENTS Cooperation with various departments to ensure the continuity of business processes Development and implementation of BCM strategies and plans Implementation of risk analyses and assessment of the impact on business operations Monitoring and updating of existing BCM measures Training and awareness of staff for BCM procedures Coordination and implementation of emergency exercises and tests Reporting and documentation of BCM activities and results PROFIL Diploma or Master's degree in Security Management, Electrical Engineering and Similar Degrees Knowledge of security management Knowledge of standards and methods of Business Continuity Management Experience in the analysis and assessment of risks and their impact on business functions strong conceptual and systemic thinking and a high degree of self-organisation pronounced moderation and communication skills
