Our team “Oil & Chemical Products” controls an end-to-end portfolio from product selection to supplier management, compliance, sales to digital platforms. As a Senior Chemical Compliance Manager, you play a key role in our international oil, lubricant and chemical products and make a measurable contribution to the sustainable business success of a premium car manufacturer. Your duties In this role, you combine regulatory expertise, entrepreneurial thinking and international cooperation:

Ensuring compliance with relevant international chemicals regulations plus EU and Germany (including REACH, CLP, GHS, ChemVerbotsV) for after-sales chemicals products

Advice on global chemical compliance and support of our markets in the implementation of local legal requirements

Monitoring regulatory changes and evaluating their impact on business, products and processes

Examination, approval and coordination of safety data sheets (SDB) and safety markings in cooperation with suppliers, internal departments and external partners

Regulatory advice on product management and support for strategic decisions

Processing of administrative requests in the field of chemical compliance

Ensuring proper documentation and data management

Participation in tenders and in supplier and partner management

Integration into transformation, digital and process projects (e.g. platforms for SDB management and B2B sales)

Ideally, you will bring: You convince by technical depth, analytical strength and sovereign appearance:

Complete university studies in chemistry or natural science (promotion of advantage)

Multiannual experience in chemicals law / Chemical Compliance

Experience in project and stakeholder management

Very good knowledge of safety data sheets, labelling requirements and relevant international/EU/DE regulations

English language skills

Ability to interpret legal texts and evaluate business impacts

Structured, precise and detailed operation

Your skills Independent planning, control and implementation of complex (part-)projects

Analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking

Organisation, moderation and management of working groups

Safe occurrence in cooperation with internal and external partners
