Responsibility for the technical development, functionality and performance of our webshop - with a clear focus on conversion optimization Analysis, conception and implementation of new functions, features and automation in the shop environment Quality assurance and continuous monitoring of the shop processes and ensuring stable operation Control and coordination of external service providers as well as close cooperation with internal interfaces such as IT, logistics, customer care Identification and integration of new technologies and tools for optimising system landscape Developing internal processes and building sound in-house competencies around shop administration and standards

A degree with a focus on economics, marketing, media sciences or e-commerce Knowledge of how to use webshop systems (ideally wordpress, oxide, shopify) as well as a pronounced technical affinity for handling our connected tools Strong analytical capabilities to identify and resolve vulnerabilities in processes and systems Communication strength as well as the ability to understand complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods with high quality standards and interest in constant innovation in the e-commerce environment A very good approach to the German and English language in word and writing
