Intern Operational Excellence / Project Management (m/f/d)

You support our project managers in the planning, control and implementation of cross-site optimization and digitization projects You analyze existing processes and help identify potential improvements and increase efficiency You research information, prepare data and start evaluations, dashboards and presentations for various projects You support the documentation of processes, work instructions and project progress You coordinate appointments, workshops and coordination with internal departments You accompany the introduction of new systems, processes and tools in our dental clinics You take part tasks in ongoing projects and bring your own ideas to process improvement

compulsory internship as part of a study Continuous studies of economics, health management, economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable degree programme Interest in project management, process optimization and digitization Analytical and Structured Operation Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Experience with BI Tools desirable Individual initiative, team capacity and communication strength Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
