In the home there is a well-tuned living area: We clarify the team structure, processes and documentation so that you can realistically assess the stationary everyday life. Before the first use, we know together what requirements, layer models and setup types are useful. The work takes place in longer periods of use instead of short-term changes of the day and can lead you to different places throughout the federal territory.

• Planning with rest in the daily shift: free wishes and desired services are adjusted to be clean, if possible, so that your private life does not constantly run against service planning. • Free time that remains to you: Even with specialist tasks, you will be able to spend at least 30 days of holiday (birth additionally free) on a reliable basis. • Long-term fair thinking: If business membership is growing, it can be felt even in holiday and Christmas money. • Certainly agreed instead of renegotiated: up to 32 €/hour are fixed from the first service and are billed cleanly. • For the duration of use, a suitable accommodation is coordinated, organized by biac and fully paid • The costs of the agreed arrival and departure shall be borne by biac; if necessary, a vehicle may be available • Planable operational periods with pre-cleared working and framework conditions

• A state-approved nursing training with exams is the basis for this position — ideally with first professional experience in one of the areas in question. • Experience or readiness in palliative care and death care is an important element in everyday life — you contribute to a dignified accompaniment. • You bring German knowledge at least on B2 level – for care documentation, handovers and clear communication. • Quick integration and a good orientation in new environments are your strengths — you can quickly find yourself in teams and get helpful. • Germany-wide readiness as an integral part of the job profile
