IT Service & Systems Specialist (m/f/d)

Our headquarters is located in Langenfeld in the Rhineland. We have blood and plasma centers in Aachen, Berlin-Köpenick, Berlin-Spandau, Bochum, Cottbus, Darmstadt, Dessau, Dresden, Gießen, Hagen, Hannover, Herne, Kassel, Koblenz, Krefeld, Mannheim, Mönchengladbach, Oberhausen, Osnabrück, Paderborn and Potsdam. With around 630 employees, we are part of Swiss Octapharma AG, a market leader for drugs from blood plasma. For our IT department at the Langenfeld site, we are now looking for full-time and unlimited reinforcement.

Ensuring a stable and smooth IT operation at our headquarters and in our donation centres 1st and 2nd level support and support for our employees in hard and software topics Administration, configuration and further development of our IT infrastructure, in particular network, backup and telephone systems Analysis and troubleshooting and coordination of external IT service providers Working with IT projects and continuous optimization of our systems and processes Creation of IT documentation, training and on-site operations in our donation centers

Complete training in IT, comparable qualifications or corresponding multiannual professional experience Good knowledge of IT support and Microsoft-based IT environments Experience with IT infrastructure, networks, backup systems and ideally phone Experience with databases and query language SQL Embossed communication and service orientation Joy in cooperation with different departments and locations A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach Teamability, reliability and willingness to travel and call Flowing German as well as good English skills in word and writing
