You rotate for weeks, between picking/welding robots, hand-welding place and refurbishment, and thus have a varied activity: At the robot workstation, you can equip the devices, modify existing programs and start new programs. At the manual workstation you build complex and varied welding frames as well as other welding components for our machines. In the refurbishment, you will arrange for the last fine grinding of the welding components by purifying them electrolytically.

Your tasks include in detail:self-made welding assemblies and individual parts in special machine construction. Set up components for automated welding at the Cobot welding system. Programming of new and existing components. Self picking individual parts for complex welding assemblies, with the help of piece lists from SAP. Independent quality control based on design drawing and 3D model. Conserve the welds with the aid of electrolytic cleaning.

Training: Complete mechanical training with welding experience in WIG welding or welding testing in WIG according to EC standard. Professional experience: experience in welding, knowledge of material treatment. First experiences with automated welding on welding robots desirable. Soft Skills: independent working, an eye for order and cleanliness, sense of responsibility and quality. IT knowledge: basic knowledge MS Office, basic knowledge ERP (SAP) desirable. Languages: German language skills.
