The production of smaller electric motors and their global distribution is the main business of our customer. The sales team is looking for your support as a sales assistant (m/w/d).

EXPENDITURE

• Disposition (tuning of delivery dates and shipping method with the customer)
• Delivery disposition with the help of Excel tables, Excel calculation
• Cooperation with the distribution camp in Rotterdam and Vienna on deliveries, documents and customs processing
• Cooperation / coordination with the headquarters in Japan and other branches
• Processing of requests (delivery dates and prices)
• Creating order confirmations and invoices
• Check and send the shipping documents
• Customer support in all questions of handling

PROFIL

• completed commercial training
• very good knowledge of German and English
• ideally you have professional experience in logistics
• Your analytical strength supplements you with a high level of communication, flexibility and targeting as well as a pronounced customer orientation
• good computer skills
