Support in ensuring time, cost and quality objectives within the project implementation Participation in the creation and adaptation of project plans and in the analysis and assessment of changes and risks Maintenance and quality assurance of project documentation as well as coordination and tracking of Jira tickets Planning, organisation and preparation of workshops and training Support of customer support in the context of software onboarding

Completed studies or completed vocational training in the business or IT environment Experience in digitalization projects and knowledge in cybersecurity Ideally certifications such as GPM or ITIL Foundation Safe handling of Jira, MS Office and MS Project Very good German knowledge (min. C1) and good English knowledge (min. B1)
