Our house administrations work locally and we support centrally. In the Parte Group, an experienced team will be provided to all house administrations, which supports in various areas: human resources, finance, IT, administration and communication. As part of our Parte Academy, all employees will learn a wide range of training. The intensive cooperation of the various sites allows us to share expertise and experience with each other and to benefit from the strength of our network.

Property management In your role, you control and secure the ongoing management of rental and property items including administrative transfers and transfers. In addition, maintain and monitor the entire rental contract. With a high quality claim, you will ensure the proper creation of home money, auxiliary costs and rent-related initial invoices. If necessary, plan and run owner meetings. Last but not least, you keep maintenance budgets in mind and process customer concerns as well as complaints based on solution.

Business Responsibility As a savings partner of the management, you develop meaningful evaluations, reports and sound basis of decision. With an entrepreneurial perspective, you develop and implement measures to increase economic efficiency. In addition, analyze and optimize processes to increase efficiency in the company. In cooperation with external partners, you negotiate and manage service provider contracts, coordinate law firms and evaluate their performance. Last but not least, you continue to support and develop employees, participate in personnel planning and promote a very customer-oriented service understanding.

You have successfully completed your training as a real estate businessman, ideally with further training as a real estate businessman, or a study in the real estate sector/BWL.• You also have several years of professional experience in WEG administration. Experience in personnel management and entrepreneurship is also desirable. In addition to good knowledge in the current MS Office applications as well as home management systems, you will bring well-founded knowledge in WEG law. Diplomatic communication strength, negotiation skills and empathy in dealing with different stakeholders are your personality.
