Completed training as a specialist, computer scientist or comparable professional experience Multiannual professional experience and good knowledge in enterprise backup (administration/operation of e.g. Dell EMC Networker, DataDomain, Druva, Commvault or comparable) as well as current SaaS solutions Experiences with different server applications and infrastructure solutions Ideally existing certifications Good communicative skills in German and English in word and writing Embossed technical understanding and process-oriented action High service orientation, as well as fun communication in the team and with our customers
